Increases the maximum attorney fee allowance in vexatious insurance claim actions from $60,000 to $240,000

Raises the threshold for fire or explosion claims requiring a tax/demolition certificate from $25,000 to $100,000 before insurers can pay property owners

Requires insurers to replace damaged real property items (interior and exterior) with materials of like kind and quality to achieve a reasonably uniform appearance when replacement items don't match adjacent items in quality, color, or size

Excludes reimbursable expenses from the 10% cap on public adjuster compensation for personal residence claims, and requires expense reimbursement regardless of whether the expense is covered by the insurance policy

Designates the named insured's public adjuster and attorney as authorized recipients (designees) for insurance proceeds in personal residence claims
