Amends the Illinois State Police Act and Illinois Police Training Act to replace the term "epinephrine auto-injector" with "FDA approved epinephrine delivery device or product" throughout both statutes.

Expands the definition of approved devices to include any single-use FDA-approved device for automatic injection of pre-measured epinephrine doses, allowing officers to carry and administer a broader range of epinephrine products.

Amends the School Code (Section 22-30) to update terminology for student self-administration and self-carry of epinephrine, changing "epinephrine injector" to "FDA approved epinephrine delivery device or product."

Maintains existing training requirements, liability protections, and standing protocol provisions for law enforcement officers and school personnel who administer epinephrine in good faith during anaphylactic emergencies.
