Amends the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act to guarantee union representatives access to business premises to meet with employees who wish to meet with them

Amends the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act with identical provisions ensuring union representative access at recreational cannabis businesses

Prohibits any provision in either cannabis law or related administrative rules from hindering union representatives from accessing cannabis facility premises

Applies to all businesses regulated under Illinois medical and recreational cannabis laws, including dispensaries, cultivation centers, and processing facilities
