Expands demographic data collection by the Department of Professional Regulation to include license renewals in addition to initial licensure applications

Adds new voluntary demographic categories for applicants: primary language spoken, anticipated date of retirement, type of employment, and zip code

Retains existing voluntary demographic categories: sex, ethnicity, race, and disability

Requires the Department to publish an annual report by March 1 on its website containing collected demographic information, number of license applications and renewals received, and number of applicants denied licensure from the preceding calendar year
