Adds "Illinois" designation to all references to the Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) account program throughout state law, clarifying that statutory references to ABLE accounts mean the Illinois ABLE program

Requires school districts beginning with the 2026-2027 school year to provide Illinois ABLE account program information to parents/guardians at IEP meetings, Section 504 plan meetings, and on district websites

Mandates that early intervention regional intake offices provide Illinois ABLE account program information to parents/guardians during initial development and each review of Individualized Family Service Plans for infants and toddlers with disabilities

The Office of the State Treasurer must prepare and deliver ABLE program informational materials to the State Board of Education and the lead early intervention agency for distribution to schools and regional intake offices

Allows College Savings Pool account funds to be rolled over into Illinois ABLE accounts for designated beneficiaries or family members, subject to Internal Revenue Code Section 529A contribution limits
