Reviews must evaluate alignment with state and national standards, identify redundancies across grades and subjects, assess inclusivity and cultural relevance, and examine emerging topics like digital citizenship and artificial intelligence

Mandates an "Encompassing National Review" section comparing Illinois instructional requirements with top-performing states, identifying best practices, and highlighting gaps in financial literacy, STEM readiness, global competency, and workforce preparedness

Requires stakeholder feedback from educators, administrators, parents, students, and community organizations, with findings published in a public report presented to the Governor and General Assembly

State Board of Education must develop action plans to address identified gaps, provide professional development for educators on updates, and monitor implementation impact on student outcomes
