Removes the blanket prohibition on carrying concealed firearms on Cook County Forest Preserve District property

Allows forest preserve districts to prohibit firearms in specific locations including botanic gardens, swimming pools, athletic venues, picnic groves, nature centers, pavilions, golf courses, adventure courses, ziplines, equestrian centers, exercise venues, and permitted special events

Defines "grounds" as 75 feet from the entrance of a prohibited area on forest preserve property, or any fenced-in area, whichever is greater; parking lots are excluded from this definition

Creates an exception allowing concealed carry licensees to carry firearms while traveling on public rights of way that pass through or touch forest preserve property where firearms are otherwise prohibited

Exempts forest preserve districts from the requirement to post standardized signage at prohibited firearm areas
