Raises the threshold for small contracts exempt from formal selection procedures under the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act from $25,000 to $55,000

Contracts below the new $55,000 threshold would not be subject to notice requirements, evaluation procedures, and selection procedures outlined in Sections 25, 30, and 35 of the Act

Allows state agencies to award architectural, engineering, and land surveying contracts under $55,000 through simplified procurement processes
