Requires elected and appointed members of condominium and common interest community boards of managers or directors to complete mandatory training within 90 days of taking office, starting July 1, 2026

Training must cover ethics (fiduciary responsibilities, conflicts of interest, board communication), roles and responsibilities of board officers and property management companies, differences between property-managed and self-run associations, and the complaint process

Board members who complete the training are exempt from retaking it for 3 years

Grants the Condominium and Common Interest Community Ombudsperson authority to adopt rules for implementing the training requirements and determining training content and delivery methods
