Authorizes municipalities and fire protection districts to fix, charge, and collect reasonable fees from residents for nonemergency calls for services

Defines "nonemergency calls for services" as calls for ambulance or emergency services that are not medical emergencies, do not involve threats to life, health, or property, and do not correspond to any billing code for emergency response services

Amends both the Illinois Municipal Code (adding Section 11-6-12) and the Fire Protection District Act (adding Section 11n)

Fees may cover any response, time, or services rendered by municipal fire departments, firefighters, emergency response units, or public safety employees
