Prohibits operating animal drawn vehicles, farm tractors, implements of husbandry, or special mobile equipment on public roadways in Illinois with a corn head attachment affixed

Amends Section 12-205.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, which previously only addressed lighting requirements for slow-moving vehicles

Existing law requiring flashing amber signal lamps visible from 500 feet for these vehicles when operating during times requiring lighted lamps remains in effect
