Requires group health insurance policies and managed care plans amended, delivered, issued, or renewed after January 1, 2026 to cover evidence-based cancer imaging for individuals with increased cancer risk per National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines

Eliminates cost-sharing requirements (deductibles, copayments, coinsurance) for both genetic testing for inherited cancer mutations and evidence-based cancer imaging

Removes the previous $50 cap on out-of-pocket costs for clinical genetic testing, replacing it with full coverage without cost-sharing

Exempts high-deductible health plans from these coverage requirements to the extent that compliance would disqualify the plan from health savings account eligibility under IRS rules

Blanks out the previous subsection that allowed cost-sharing for evidence-based screenings for individuals who tested positive for inherited cancer mutations
