Amends the Fox Waterway Agency Act to remove the existing prohibition on the Agency imposing property taxes

Grants the Fox Waterway Agency's Board of Directors authority to levy and collect a general property tax on any property within the Agency's corporate limits

Property tax revenue may be used for operating and maintaining the waterway and paying other corporate expenses of the Agency

Tax levy requires approval by a majority vote of the Board of Directors

Agency retains existing authority to charge user fees, issue revenue bonds, and borrow funds from financial institutions
