Requires school boards to adopt and implement policies addressing sexual abuse, physical abuse, and neglect of children by July 1, 2025, expanding the existing "Erin's Law" requirements that previously focused only on sexual abuse

Mandates evidence-informed curriculum for students in pre-K through 12th grade covering physical abuse and neglect awareness, along with evidence-informed training for school personnel on recognizing and reporting these issues

Requires schools to provide parents/guardians with educational information in school handbooks on warning signs of child abuse or neglect, plus available assistance, referrals, and resources

Amends the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act to include physical abuse and neglect awareness and prevention education as part of comprehensive health education in grades pre-K through 12

School districts must complete annual training for personnel on child sexual abuse, physical abuse, and neglect by January 31 of each year, including instruction on grooming behaviors and reporting procedures
