Requires the Illinois Department of Early Childhood to establish an Early Childhood Integrated Data System (ECIDS) to support equity-driven, inclusive, and data-informed decision-making for children and families

Mandates the Department develop public analytic portals and query tools allowing parents and communities to access aggregated integrated data from the ECIDS system

Data access through the public portals must comply with State and federal confidentiality requirements

Amends Section 1-30 of the Department of Early Childhood Act (325 ILCS 3/1-30) regarding general powers and duties
