Requires the Illinois Department of Public Health to submit an annual report to the General Assembly by December 31 each year identifying pharmacy desert locations throughout the state and associated health issues

Defines "pharmacy desert" as a location lacking prescription medication retail sales due to insufficient pharmacies, health care facilities, or other physical dispensaries of prescription medication

Allows the Department to satisfy reporting requirements by including federal government data that already identifies pharmacy desert locations and associated health issues in Illinois

Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois by adding Section 2310-23

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
