Amends the Uniform Racial Classification Act to add "Asiatic or Moorish" as a new racial classification category for state agencies compiling or reporting statistical data

Expands the existing list of required racial/ethnic classifications, which currently includes White, Black or African American, American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, Hispanic or Latino, and Middle Eastern or North African

State agencies are not required to use the new "Asiatic or Moorish" classification for workforce or hiring data reporting until after July 1, 2026

Federal law or regulation requirements take precedence over state classification requirements

"State agency" includes constitutional officers' offices, executive agencies, departments, boards, commissions, and authorities under the Governor
