Expands the definition of "wages" under the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act to include severance pay, back pay, front pay, and any concomitant relief owed to employees

Covers compensation owed pursuant to separation or severance agreements, employer policies, judicial rulings, or administrative rulings

Extends protections to former, current, and future employees, not just current employees

Expands the definition of "employee" to include any individual owed severance, back pay, front pay, or concomitant relief by an employer

Allows employees to use the wage collection provisions of the Act to recover unpaid severance and related compensation
