Expands venue options for prosecuting non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images (commonly known as "revenge porn") crimes in Illinois

Allows prosecution in either the county where the offense occurred or the county where the victim resides

Amends Section 1-6 of the Criminal Code of 2012, which governs place of trial for criminal actions

Provides victims greater flexibility in where charges can be filed, potentially reducing barriers to prosecution when offender and victim are in different locations
