Removes the mandatory one-year suspension of hunting privileges for violations of Section 2.38 (falsifying licenses/permits/tags) and Section 2.33(cc), instead consolidating suspension authority under a new subsection requiring the Department to suspend privileges for one year for these violations

Makes the Apprentice Hunter License renewable by removing language that previously made it a "non-renewable license," while keeping the March 31 expiration date

Eliminates the requirement that hunting license applicants born after January 1, 1980 can show a prior hunting license from another state as proof of eligibility; now only Illinois hunting licenses or a certificate of competency qualify

Expands the Department's authority to establish suspension periods by administrative rule rather than capping suspensions at 5 years, and adds court supervision and guilty pleas as triggers for license revocation/suspension alongside guilty findings

Updates the Juvenile Court Act to replace references to "boating, or fish and game law" violations with "conservation offenses" for concurrent jurisdiction and expungement provisions, and changes snowmobile inspection language from mandatory ("must") to permissive ("may") for issuing summons
