Increases FOID card application fees from $10 to $20, with $10 deposited into the State Police Firearm Services Fund and $10 into the State Police Firearm Enforcement Fund

Authorizes Illinois State Police to deny FOID card applications from any person who fails to submit required fingerprints

Removes an outdated provision requiring a January 2022 report on using voluntarily submitted fingerprints and makes conforming changes to the Firearm Concealed Carry Act regarding fingerprint requirements
