Public institutions of higher education with student health services must provide enrolled students access to healthcare professionals who can prescribe, dispense, and discuss contraception options beginning in the 2025-2026 school year

Campuses with student health services must also provide access to healthcare professionals who can prescribe medication abortion starting in the 2025-2026 school year, with services available through on-campus health services, telehealth, or external licensed providers

If a campus has a pharmacy, it must dispense contraception and make medication abortion available at a physical location on campus, though students may choose to use third-party pharmacies

Each institution must publish information on their student health services website explaining how students can access contraception and medication abortion on campus

Public institutions must report annually to the Board of Higher Education on policy adoption, and the Board must post compliance information for each institution on its website
