Creates a grant program through the Department of Agriculture to provide farmers up to $250,000 to distribute free, healthy food to pregnant women in need

Eligible recipients must be expectant mothers with household income not exceeding 200% of federal poverty guidelines

Farmers must distribute food to pregnant women residing in the same county or within 20 miles of their farm

Grant applicants must demonstrate they are farmers with a feasible distribution plan and meet trustworthiness standards determined by the Department

Program is subject to appropriation, and the Department of Agriculture must adopt rules to implement the grant program
