Mandates the Department develop signage with lung cancer screening eligibility information and quitline contact details that retailers of tobacco products and nicotine replacement therapies must conspicuously post in their establishments

Requires retailers to provide a Department-developed educational insert about lung cancer screening effectiveness and eligibility to every customer purchasing tobacco products or nicotine replacement therapies at the point of sale

Screening information and referrals must follow United States Preventive Service Task Force guidelines, and quitline operators must report data on the number of callers referred to lung cancer screening

Retailers who intentionally violate the signage or educational insert requirements are guilty of a petty offense
