Amends the Sprayed Fire-Resistant Material Applicator Act to cap all fees established by the Office of the State Fire Marshal at a maximum of $25

Fees covered by the cap include registration fees and processing fees related to fire-resistant material applicator oversight

All collected fees continue to be deposited into the Fire Prevention Fund and remain nonrefundable, except for accidental overpayments

Takes effect July 1, 2025, coinciding with the deadline for the Office to adopt administrative rules for the Act
