Requires the Department of Natural Resources to notify all residents living in a Conservation Opportunity Area that they reside in such an area

Limits notification to one notice per household

Grants the Department discretion to determine the content of the notice and the method of delivery

Defines "Conservation Opportunity Area" as an area identified in the Illinois Wildlife Action Plan where ecological and social conditions align to support stewardship and recovery of species of greatest conservation need and their habitats

Amends the Illinois Natural Areas Stewardship Act by adding Section 25.1
