Amends the Network Adequacy and Transparency Act to expand continuity of care protections for patients with confirmed appointments scheduled before their provider leaves a network plan

Allows beneficiaries with pre-scheduled appointments (not just those with ongoing treatment) to continue seeing their out-of-network provider for 90 days after notification of the provider's disaffiliation

Extends the same 90-day transitional period protection to new enrollees who have confirmed appointments with non-network providers that were scheduled before their enrollment effective date

Excludes coverage for rescheduled appointments or follow-up appointments scheduled after the 90-day transitional period

Takes effect January 1, 2027
