Amends the Reimagine Public Safety Act to change the Office of Firearm Violence Prevention's reporting schedule for identifying communities experiencing concentrated firearm violence from "no later than January 1 of each year" to simply "annually"

Changes the frequency of funding recommendations reports compiled from Lead Violence Prevention Conveners to the General Assembly from bi-annually to annually

Extends the deadline for behavioral health services funding under the Act from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026

Extends the deadline for community violence prevention service providers to file Medicaid certification plans from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026
