Ticket sellers, resellers, and brokers must display the full price of a ticket, including all fees, when the price is first shown to a purchaser and cannot increase that price during the transaction

Prohibits the use of "dynamic pricing" in ticket sales, making it a violation of the Ticket Sale and Resale Act

Defines "dynamic pricing" as adjusting prices in real time based on demand, consumer data, or other factors, including artificial intelligence-enabled pricing adjustments

Amends the existing Ticket Sale and Resale Act (815 ILCS 414/1.5) by adding a new subsection (f-10) with these consumer protection requirements
