IL HB3843

Requires new developments in counties with populations over 3,000,000 (Cook County) to maintain a minimum setback distance of 150 feet from any arterial street

Defines "arterial street" as any U.S. or State numbered route, controlled access highway, or other major radial or circumferential street designated by local authorities as part of a major arterial system

Amends the Counties Code by adding Section 5-1192 to establish these arterial street setback requirements
