Expands who can receive prescription drug deliveries on behalf of hospice and home health patients from specifically licensed nurses and physician assistants to "any authorized employee of an organization" that provides hospice or home health services

Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act to allow pharmacies to deliver prescriptions to authorized employees of hospice and home health organizations at a patient's residence, place of employment, or medical facility

Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act to allow authorized employees of hospice and home health organizations to possess controlled substances prescribed for patients without requiring individual registration

Removes the previous requirement that only advanced practice registered nurses, practical nurses, registered nurses, or physician assistants could pick up or possess prescription medications on behalf of hospice and home health patients
