Adds Section 2105-378 to the Department of Professional Regulation Law to authorize simulation training as an acceptable method for earning continuing education credit

Defines "health care professional" as persons licensed under the Medical Practice Act of 1987, Nurse Practice Act, Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987, or the Registered Surgical Assistant and Registered Surgical Technologist Title Protection Act

Requires simulation training to be conducted by an approved sponsor as specified in the professional's licensing Act or applicable administrative rules to qualify for continuing education credit
