Expands the definition of "cyber-bullying" in Illinois school code to include the posting or distribution of unauthorized digital replicas (deepfakes) created using artificial intelligence, effective with the 2026-2027 school year

Adds "posting or distributing sexually explicit images" to the list of forms that bullying may take under the existing bullying prevention statute

Defines "unauthorized digital replica" as the use of a digital replica of an individual without the depicted person's consent, with "digital replica" and "artificial intelligence" defined by reference to the Digital Voice and Likeness Protection Act

Increases the number of required policy criteria from 12 to 13 that schools must meet in their bullying prevention policies

Takes effect July 1, 2026, and applies to all school districts, charter schools, and non-public, non-sectarian elementary and secondary schools in Illinois
