Creates the Protective Medical Equipment Freedom Act, establishing the right for individuals to wear protective medical equipment (face masks, respirators, N-95s, gas masks, gloves, face shields, full bodysuits, air purifiers) in any place of public accommodation without disclosing health status

Prohibits discrimination against medical device wearers, including denial of service, eviction from premises, harassment to remove equipment, and employment actions such as termination or creating a hostile work environment

Applies to a broad range of public accommodations including hotels, restaurants, theaters, retail stores, schools, hospitals, public transportation, parks, and government facilities

Provides exceptions allowing temporary removal for law enforcement with reasonable suspicion (with accommodation offered) and restrictions when equipment interferes with safe machinery operation (with alternative protection offered)

Authorizes the Attorney General to enforce the Act through civil actions with penalties up to $25,000 per violation, or $50,000 for repeat violations within 5 years, with a 2-year statute of limitations
