Removes the requirement for non-highway vehicles to have a red reflectorized warning device in the front when operated on roadways

Eliminates the mandate for non-highway vehicles to display a slow moving emblem on the rear of the vehicle

Non-highway vehicles include all-terrain vehicles, golf carts, off-highway motorcycles, and recreational off-highway vehicles

Retains other safety equipment requirements including brakes, steering, tires, rearview mirror, rear red reflectorized warning devices, headlights, tail lamps, brake lights, and turn signals

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
