Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 to mandate participation in restorative justice programs for certain juvenile repeat firearm offenders

Requires courts to order restorative justice interventions when a minor has previously been on probation for a firearm possession or discharge offense (not causing injury) and is subsequently convicted of another firearm possession or discharge offense (not causing injury)

Mandated programs include social service programs for high-risk youth, cognitive behavioral therapy, family engagement, and mentoring

Minors subject to this provision must comply with all referral recommendations as part of their probation or conditional discharge

Applies specifically to non-injury firearm offenses, targeting intervention before escalation to more serious violent crimes
