Amends the Human Trafficking Resource Center Notice Act to require posted notices to include two images of the "Signal for Help" hand signal

First image must show an open palm with tucked thumb, labeled "1. Palm to and thumb tuck"

Second image must show a trapped thumb with closed fist, labeled "2. Trap thumb"

Notices must continue to be at least 8.5 x 11 inches, in 16-point font, and printed in English, Spanish, and one other locally prevalent language

Effective date: January 1, 2027
