Requires programs to include instruction on federal student loans, grant programs, apprenticeships, voter registration, military enlistment, local employment opportunities, health care resources, and financial literacy topics like opening bank accounts and retirement accounts

Permits representatives from labor organizations, military branches, workforce training providers, vocational schools, chambers of commerce, banks, and private businesses to present information on jobs, training, and certifications to students

Requires Illinois workNet Centers to align each high school's program with local labor market needs and assist in coordinating participation from local businesses and chambers of commerce
