Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act to remove the requirement that pharmacist examinations be offered at least 3 times per year, allowing the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to set examination times and places at its discretion

Temporarily waives the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE) requirement for calendar years 2025, 2026, and 2027, requiring applicants to pass only the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX)

Requires the Department and Board of Pharmacy to regularly monitor the NAPLEX to ensure it provides a fair test of applicant qualifications

Changes examination fee payment to be made to either the Department or the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy, rather than a "designated testing service"

Reduces the notification timeline for examination results from within 7 weeks to no later than 2 weeks after the examination date
