Requires townships, municipalities, park districts, school districts, and community colleges to have their governing boards vote monthly to verify and approve itemized statements of all credit card purchases from the preceding month

Prohibits redaction of any information on the itemized credit card statements submitted for board approval

Mandates that credit card purchase approval votes must be separate from any other expense approvals

Requires entities with websites maintained by full-time staff to publish the verified itemized credit card statements on their websites

Amends the Township Code, Illinois Municipal Code, Park District Code, School Code, and Public Community College Act to implement these transparency requirements
