Replaces the term "epinephrine injector" with "epinephrine delivery system" throughout the School Code to encompass any FDA-approved form of epinephrine used to treat life-threatening allergic reactions, including non-injector options

Defines "epinephrine delivery system" as any FDA-approved epinephrine device used to administer epinephrine into the human body to prevent or treat anaphylaxis

Requires training entities to issue a certificate to each person who successfully completes the anaphylaxis training program

Allows anaphylaxis training curriculum to include instruction on proper techniques for administering non-injector epinephrine options

Effective July 30, 2026
