Amends the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act to add hospital security guards to the list of occupations eligible for rebuttable presumption of work-related illness or injury

Health conditions presumed work-related for hospital security guards include bloodborne pathogens, MRSA, lung/respiratory diseases, heart/vascular conditions, hypertension, tuberculosis, cancer, hernia, and hearing loss

The presumption means these conditions are automatically assumed to arise from employment, shifting the burden to employers to prove otherwise

Hospital security guards must have at least 5 years of employment to qualify for the presumption when filing a workers' compensation claim

The presumption does not apply to hospital security guards employed by private employers who primarily perform non-emergency medical transfers between facilities
