Sets a $100 standard vehicle registration fee for Illinois veterans beginning with the 2026 registration year, applicable to passenger vehicles and second division motor vehicles weighing 8,000 pounds or less

Preserves existing registration fee waivers for active-duty and reserve military members returning from combat missions, which can still apply to qualifying veterans
