Expands Medicaid eligibility for supportive living dementia care services to individuals ages 22 to 64 who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia and are determined to be disabled by the Social Security Administration, beginning January 1, 2027

Requires individuals to meet all other existing eligibility requirements under administrative rules (89 Ill. Adm. Code 146 Subpart B and E) to receive services in supportive living dementia care settings

Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to apply for any federal waiver necessary to implement the expanded eligibility

Implementation is contingent upon federal approval of the program changes

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
