IL HB4266

Amends the Township Code (60 ILCS 1/30-10) to require townships with staff-maintained websites to post notices and agendas for annual and special township meetings online

Website postings must remain on the township's website until the meeting has concluded

Requirement applies only to townships that have a website maintained by full-time township staff

Supplements existing notice requirements, which include posting written notices in 3 public places at least 15 days before meetings and publishing in local newspapers
