Prohibits the sale of non-externally vented natural gas appliances manufactured on or after January 1, 2027, unless they bear a required warning label

Mandates a specific warning message stating that gas appliances can release nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide at levels exceeding EPA outdoor air quality standards, may worsen respiratory illnesses or cause asthma (especially in children), and should never be used without a ducted vent hood

Requires the warning label to be placed in a conspicuous location with type size no smaller than the largest type used for other consumer information on the product

Grants the Attorney General authority to adopt additional rules regarding label placement and formatting requirements

Classifies violations as unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act
