Amends the Fire Protection District Act to allow boards of trustees to transfer money from the ambulance service fund to other district-controlled funds by majority vote resolution

Limits transfers to once per year from the ambulance service fund under this provision

Requires that remaining funds after any transfer must be sufficient to cover all current and future fiscal year obligations and costs payable from the ambulance service fund

Prohibits transfers that would impair the district's finances or public safety mission, including emergency medical services, ambulance services, rescue services, and fire suppression services

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
