Expands the definition of "production agriculture" under Illinois tax law beginning January 1, 2027, to include additional farming activities

Adds scouting crops, inspecting or repairing fences used to raise livestock, tile mapping, and herding or inspecting livestock to the definition

Amends four tax acts: the Use Tax Act, Service Use Tax Act, Service Occupation Tax Act, and Retailers' Occupation Tax Act

Equipment and supplies used for these newly-added activities would qualify for agricultural tax exemptions available to production agriculture
