Requires the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), in cooperation with the Illinois Arts Council, to conduct statewide impact studies on Illinois museums and cultural attractions

Studies must measure economic, educational, and social impacts including tourism revenue, employment, educational outcomes, and community benefits

Studies will establish data-driven benchmarks to guide future State investment in museums and cultural attractions

First study must be completed by July 1, 2027, with subsequent studies required every 5 years thereafter
