Prohibits telehealth providers (facilities and health care professionals) from billing patients, health insurers, or managed care plans for services not actually rendered during a telehealth visit

Specifically bars charges for exams that cannot be performed remotely, such as taking blood pressure, temperature, height, or weight measurements

Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act by adding a new Section 2MMMM on telehealth billing transparency

Makes violations of these billing restrictions an unlawful practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, subjecting violators to enforcement and penalties under that law
